Initial Site Filter Assessment Findings

All Candidate Sites submissions have been assessed consistently as part of the Initial Site Filter stage, in line with the Candidate Site Assessment Methodology (Nov 2022) which can be viewed at Replacement Local Development Plan Candidate Sites - Powys County Council

Candidate Site submissions have been categorised as either ‘Sites to continue to Detailed Site Assessment Stage’ or ‘Sites Filtered Out’ in accordance with the Initial Site Filter Considerations. The results of this first stage assessment do not indicate whether the sites identified as “Sites to continue to Detailed Site Assessment Stage” will be allocated or not at later stages. These sites will be subject to further assessment in accordance with the Candidate Site Assessment Methodology.

Commenting on the Candidate Site Register

Representations can be made on all sites detailed in the Candidate Site Register, however it maybe useful to consider whether the site has been filtered out before making your comments. To make a comment on a site, click on the .
